No guarantees
We cannot guarantee suppliers, projects, people, documents, ownership, construction quality or future outcomes. Final decisions remain with the client.
Client responsibility
Clients must provide accurate information and should obtain independent legal, financial, tax, land-title or professional advice where required.
Fees
Fees depend on scope, location, urgency, travel and evidence required. A scope and price should be agreed before work begins.
Limitations
Local conditions, access restrictions, third-party cooperation, timing and safety considerations may limit what can be checked or documented.
